I wrote that the staff kindness was the worst because even though I had made an appointment, I still had to wait an hour. The employees’ tone was also unfriendly. Maybe because it’s a large hospital, I’m not sure, but it was the busiest place I’ve visited. I came because an acquaintance had surgery here, and it seemed like they were very set on using only costal cartilage for the nose material. When I showed them the nose of the celebrity I wanted, they said that level was absolutely impossible, which made me feel like they wouldn’t force an unreasonable surgery.
