A friend said she had rhinoplasty here, so I went and had a consultation too. I went because they supposedly do well with bulbous noses, but first of all, while I was getting the consultation, I thought, do they not want to make money? They talked so roughly, and I showed them the nose photo I wanted, but at other clinics they all said that to get that height, they only needed to raise the tip by 3-4 mm. Here, they said we should raise it by 5-6 mm. Huh..? lol Is that not way too glamorous? It just does not match my aesthetic. And they said to use the septum and ear cartilage, but I want donor rib cartilage, so I probably will not do it at this clinic.
