There was almost no wait for the consultation, and the staff were generally kind. The manager's consultation also had nothing irritating about it. Overall, the staff just felt like Animal Crossing villagers. The doctor was very kind and gentle... He doesn't seem like the type to do very detailed facial analysis first. I don't think he'd ignore questions, but he's more of a "please handle it well on your own" type, so the consultation just ended quickly. He explained the basics and didn't force any extra items, so I think he's rather conservative. He didn't recommend muscle binding was necessary, and he also didn't recommend thread lifting, saying my skin elasticity seemed fine. In my previous consultations at two other clinics, one said muscle binding was necessary and both said thread lifting was recommended. I thought the cost was just reasonable.
