After contouring, I kept managing my double chin and the sagging deep buccal fat little by little with InMode or contour injections, but I couldn't take it anymore so I finally got liposuction. It's been about 3 months since the surgery, and I really, really regret not doing it sooner..... I should have done it when I was younger........ During the consultation I asked whether I needed muscle binding or thread lifting, and after feeling my skin they said I was still young and had good elasticity, so there was no need. But they also told me that because of the structure of my neck, they couldn't make a jawline that goes deep into the inner side of the chin? The doctor doesn't seem to lie. The fibrosis lumps on the double-chin area are all gone, and there's still a little left around the deep buccal fat, but it's gradually disappearing so I'm waiting for now. The doctor prefers natural results, so if you want a celebrity-like razor-sharp jawline, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you want to slim down naturally, I'd recommend a consultation. I thought I just wanted the bulging parts gone, so I'm very satisfied even now. But when I touch the jaw area, it definitely feels like the inside is hollow? So I've been working my beauty devices hard. For reference, the managers here are really...^^ The kindness is purely formal. The clinic is also on the smaller side, so when there are a lot of patients waiting, you have to sit pretty close together, which is a little awkward. Maybe because there's a large hospital in the same building, it also takes forever just to get upstairs, which is another downside. Oddly enough, there are really more Japanese patients than Chinese patients. I seem to see them every time I come to the clinic.
