They were kind and explained things I didn't know well. It felt like they handled things a bit hurriedly. Compared to how incredibly kind the director was, the counter staff seemed very unfriendly. The facilities were nice, and the explanations with CT were very professional. It was a bit hard to find because there was no signboard.
