They are very professional, but somehow the explanation is lacking. They explain the overall big picture, but for personal characteristics and detailed things, they only answer if you ask first. It would be better if they explained things like the surgery method first. They seem to aim for the most natural possible result and recommend only the minimum necessary surgery. I only had my eyes done, so I’m not sure about the other areas, but it seems like they try to preserve as much of your original look as possible. When I showed them a photo of my ideal style and told them to do it that way, I think I listened for over 10 minutes about why that shape couldn’t be made. They seem a bit conservative and safety-first? For the double-eyelid line, they said it should be made according to the appearance of one’s own orbicularis oculi muscle. But a friend of mine also had surgery here: the left side line came out nicely, but the right side’s front part is bent like a ㄱ;; And there is also a slight white scar along the line. But you really can’t tell unless you look very closely. I haven’t had the surgery for very long, so it’s still hard to say anything, but I saw a few bad reviews, so for now I’m dissatisfied and uneasy. That’s why I went back often for follow-ups, and even though they’re a bit blunt, I think they try their best to pay attention and take responsibility.
