The consultation manager was rude. I was told the full deposit would be refunded, so I left it there, but when I tried to cancel an hour and a half later, they said the system had closed for the day and it couldn’t be refunded. On another day, when my family member said they would bring the card to get the refund, they said I had to come myself. Even refunds had to be handled by making an appointment, and there seemed to be some waiting too. In the end, I couldn’t get back the deposit I paid, and when I said I wasn’t going to do the double eyelid surgery at all and was canceling, the consultation manager kept acting rude the whole time, saying, “Why cancel when you could just get the surgery?”.. And they recommended diagonal canthoplasty and things like that. My eyes are already fairly large, and at other places they told me not to do canthoplasty at all.
