I made a consultation appointment by phone last week. I had already booked a date through Gangnam Unni, but the hospital called and said consultation was difficult that day, so I changed it to tomorrow afternoon. I had already adjusted my whole schedule to match tomorrow's consultation time, but today they suddenly called again and asked if I could move tomorrow's consultation up to 1 or 2 p.m. When I said that time was difficult, they suddenly asked about the scheduled surgery date
