에이치 — Review

I came back to this community after a long time and saw the posts below, and I realized for the first time that someone said they found out from my review that they wouldn't refund the deposit. So I really think I should write this for public benefit whenever it's worth not being buried. I transferred a 1 million won reservation deposit to this hospital and tried to cancel the very next day, but I couldn't get a single won back. My surgery date was still more than a month away. They said it couldn't be refunded because it was the cost of the 3D implant, but they never showed me a single manufactured 3D implant in front of my eyes. According to a front-desk employee who couldn't even keep quiet inside the hospital, they hadn't even started printing it, let alone made it. But later, maybe after getting orders, the consultation manager changed the story and said the implant had been made. The front-desk employee who had said it wasn't made just shut up. It's a comedy lol (I have recordings of everything). Even after filing a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency, they still refused to refund it until the end. I lost 1.1 million won, including the consultation fee, in one day ㅎㅎ Thinking about it, if they treat patients like this even before surgery, I can roughly imagine how they would treat patients after surgery, plus if the results turn out badly.
