The director seems to like flashy styles, but if you ask for something natural, they will reflect that. And if you tell them about the shape you want and so on, they say they understand, but I don't even know if it's actually reflected; If something can't be done, I'd rather they just say it can't be done, but instead they say everything can be done and then the result is different. If they said it couldn't be done, I think I'd look for a different direction instead; The waiting time is really, really long to the point that making a reservation feels pointless, but you can lie down in the private waiting room so it's bearable. Even with a reservation, you have to wait at least an hour. The manager who used to be there before was really kind, but the managers and assistants change often.
