A YouTuber said they got Russian lip filler here, and the price was decent, so I went. The facility is a bit shabby, but being able to lie on a bed in a private waiting room with an electric blanket on while waiting was really nice! I could even apply numbing cream inside and wait, and the friend I came with just covered up with a blanket and slept lol. The bed was the only good thing, and the result was a total disaster.
