The director's presence is no joke, seriously so scary... But he was very professional and clearly doing his best to accommodate me, so lol it's not to the point of being unhappy. I felt bad asking too many questions directly, so I asked the manager instead. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, it seemed very professional, and the consultation was professional too. It gave off a forehead-specialist vibe + a forehead-specialist director + a director who seems full of passion for foreheads, so I somehow felt trust. I've been running around for consultations lately and writing everything down, and this place seems pretty good too. The front desk staff were also extremely kind, and the waiting environment was comfortable, so I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
