I went because the doctor also runs a YouTube channel and seemed to have a lot of surgical experience, but almost all the explanation came from the consultation manager, and when I asked about side effects, I was immediately snapped at as if I were being troublesome. The kindness was the worst! I thought it would be fine as long as the skills were good, so I paid the booking deposit and came back, but I'm planning to make my decision after asking more about side effects and looking into them further. The other staff were kind enough, more or less. Compared with other under-eye surgery clinics, the price is also on the high side, so I'm not sure whether there is a clear advantage.
