The director consults first. She held a long cotton swab with great seriousness, told me to sit in closer, then used it to point toward my eye area as if she were poking at it while consulting. It felt like being jabbed with a toothpick, so personally I didn't like it. At least half of other plastic surgeons would say it's not the time for that yet and send you back, but she talked about lower blepharoplasty too, after talking about orbital septum reinforcement. She said that if you do lower blepharoplasty, the skin around the eye can turn inside out, but that depends on each person's tissue characteristics. Most other people are fine
