I had the Double Effect masseter reduction procedure 7 years ago. At that time I didn't even know what Botox was, and I just vaguely wanted to correct my square jaw. But after doing it, the effect was good. It was good for about 6 months to 1 year, but the problem was that it went back to normal again. So when I went back, they gave me Botox. They said it wasn't Botox, but it was definitely that, and again after 6 months to 1 year it went back to normal, so now I just get Botox regularly at a local clinic.
