It's been over 10 years since the surgery, and at first it was done nicely and made my nose bridge high and pretty. But without a detailed explanation, they inserted a plate made by flattening the bone they shaved off from the hump nose inside the nose lengthwise and widthwise to make it look high. About 5 years after the surgery, that round implant? started to show at the tip of my nose. I went back to the hospital and had it removed for free. But after 10 years, the shape of the tip changed and the left nostril became strangely widened, so I'm considering revision surgery. The director who did the surgery has retired, so I'll have to go to another hospital.. with my own money..
