First, I tried an online consultation because I was curious before an in-person consultation. I consulted because I wanted a short nose and alar correction, and when I said I thought my alar base was large, they said it absolutely wasn’t big at all and that once the alar base is touched, it can never be reversed for life, so absolutely!!! not. I also asked about hypertrophic rhinitis surgery, but they said that if you do several things at once, there’s concern about side effects, and they gave several analogies while strongly discouraging it. Even though it was an online consultation, the director answered directly, and instead of just skimming because it wasn’t in person, they looked at it professionally, which moved me a bit... The estimate was roughly 2.8 to 3.0 million won for bridge + short nose + tip. I’ll go for an in-person consultation soon, so I’ll write again after that!!!
