The director smelled like cigarette smoke. I went for a consultation because it's the only specialist nose surgery clinic in Daejeon where you can actually sit down in one place for the surgery. People say nose surgery is always better in Seoul, but because of the distance I thought I'd at least get one consultation. It was a single-doctor clinic, specialized in noses, and the long experience gave me a lot of trust. Since this was my first nose surgery, I passed when I saw them saying I should put in silicone. If you want, they would also do cartilage or autologous dermis, but it seems they mostly put in silicone, so natural style
