Patient review of Deopeullaen (더플랜) · 2021-11-10

This was the fourth hospital I went to for a consultation. I was satisfied with the consultation. It seemed like they do traditional deep-plane facelift surgery. They explained it by drawing the dissection area directly on my face with a white pen, and it was a classic deep-plane lift. I wanted to remove the fat from the area where my fat grafting had sagged, or lift it, but the doctor firmly said that once fat has been put in, it can't be removed, which was actually good to hear. They do remove it with a laser too, but rather than removing it, it might be better to just pull it tight and smooth it out (that's just my thought). Another hospital doctor had told me it seemed like they'd need to look into the muscle too, so I was going to ask the director here as well, but this director seemed to only do a standard classic deep-plane lift, so I didn't ask. "The surgery I do involves dissecting here, pulling here, and because this area improves, you can be disappointed if you expect too much." He said almost exactly the same thing as the doctor at the second hospital I visited haha (that doctor also did classic deep-plane lifts). There was a part I definitely wanted improved, and aside from that area, I wanted to have the surgery as soon as tomorrow if possible. He didn't push anything, and seemed extremely thorough. The before-and-after photos were also the best of all the hospitals I had seen so far. He seemed to have a great sense of aesthetics. The manager was also honest, pretty, and easygoing, and apparently she had gotten quite a bit of surgery from the current director now (what if it's a secret) But there wasn't a trace of it, so I suddenly gained strong trust in the director's skill. She said the director was really meticulous and that was such a good thing I've been thinking about it ever since the consultation. He said the area I wanted improved would "not be perfect, but it should improve to some extent as a secondary effect." I keep thinking maybe that level would be enough... but if the overall result is satisfying, wouldn't that be good enough? I'm still thinking about it Anyway, if you want the best effect from a classic deep-plane lift, ㄷㅍㄹ seems good.
