I consulted with the surgeon first. They quickly identified the part I wanted to improve. It felt like they were prioritizing safety, and rather than something flashy, they seemed to prefer a natural result. They consulted me professionally while looking from several angles. I liked that they checked things in such detail, but I also felt that their aesthetic sense might not quite match mine (they said we should make the bridge a little thicker). During the consultation with the director, they spoke specifically about aftercare, and emphasized safety by pointing out that they've operated in the same place for a long time and that CCTV viewing is available.
