When I first walked in, the people at the front desk and the manager seemed a bit off. I didn't feel it very strongly myself, but my mom said there was some annoying, rude behavior. The wait time was also a bit long, and it felt busier than on weekdays. I got a drink coupon in the middle and tried a drink too, but it tasted just so-so. After that, I had a consultation with the manager first. Looking at the photos of my eyes, she asked what style I wanted and also made recommendations. During the consultation with the doctor, they analyzed my current eye photos and my actual eyes. I liked that they answered right away when I asked questions, and they explained the surgical method well. It did feel a bit like they were pushing for a partial incision to match the style I wanted, but it wasn't bad overall.
