The director is really sweet and takes good care of you even after multiple consultations. I went with my parents, I went alone, and even though I kept being a nuisance about different things, they answered without showing even a hint of annoyance and never pressured me into surgery. They only told me the necessary parts and said that the choice was always up to the patient, which made me trust them a lot. I ended up not going through with it, but if someone around me says they are going to do it, I would definitely tell them to get a consultation.
