I went for a consultation with Director Seo Yong-hoon, and I was really surprised because the consultation was so professional. For example, if it's double-eyelid surgery, they explain the basic knowledge of double eyelids; if it's eye-correction surgery, they explain eye correction one by one, then apply it to my eyes, which made it much easier to understand, and I felt that it was kind and professional. The staff were also all really kind, and not a single one of them was unattractive, which somehow made me trust them even more... that kind of feeling. And just on a basic level, the moment I walked in, there were more people overall than at other places, so I felt reassured.
