I had an in-person consultation, and it was done after a CT scan while looking at it together. The director's tone is a bit cynical, but I didn't particularly get the feeling that they were rude, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't say my face would show a big result. Still, I was satisfied because it helped me look at things objectively rather than with excessive expectations.
