I got the consultation by video, and I liked that they gave me exact numbers and told me what was realistically possible. They said the nasal tip could be done sufficiently because the cartilage was well developed, and that my cheekbones in the back are large, and my chin is short and protruding, so it would be better to shave a bit from the front and extend it downward. I agree.
