Honestly, there were too many people and it was chaotic. The waiting time was long, and people kept being called while staff were running around, so the atmosphere felt pretty hectic. It was my first time there too, so I was nervous, and after going once I felt completely drained. The consultation went by quickly too, so I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't ask everything I wanted to. The procedure hurt quite a bit more than I expected. Of course, I wouldn't say it was unbearable, but it's not a relaxing environment to get treatment in. The price is definitely on the cheap side, so that is an advantage. So I understand why it was crowded... but unless it were for this price, I don't think I'd want to go back. The staff didn't really feel friendly or attentive either, probably because they were so busy. Overall, it feels like a place you go only for the value for money...
