There was almost no consultation. They went straight to payment after only hearing the price, with no proper explanation of what procedure I would be getting today. They also gave no estimate of how long the procedure would take. I additionally said I wanted Aqua Peel, but they said no because there were many people to manage and there had been no notice at booking. The doctor is kind, but overall it feels completely factory-like. They barely do any design work and just perform the procedure roughly and strongly, and at other clinics the bruising is almost
