From what I heard from an acquaintance who had surgery, I think the director prefers a somewhat more glamorous style of plastic surgery. So for someone like me who likes a natural look, this hospital didn't really suit me. They actually used dissolvable threads, and the manager wasn't especially kind, but they didn't pressure me much either.
