Honestly, there was not even much to consult about, and they quoted 1 million won just to remove it, so I was a bit startled. It is not even in Seoul, but in Gyeonggi, and the price difference from Seoul was not that big, so I negotiated it down to a little less than what they had written. The building is honestly old, so I thought it might be a bit much... but it is just okay.
