The director explains the surgery really well. They explain in very detailed and specific terms what nose surgery is, how it is done, what kinds of implants there are, and so on. The director's explanation was the best I've heard so far, but the hospital facilities and the fact that there aren't many reviews is making me a bit hesitant.
