Compared with other factory-style clinics, the fact that this was clearly run by someone who had worked for a long time made the atmosphere feel more trustworthy. But during the consultation, they completely ignored the parts I wanted to improve, and communication didn’t work at all, so I ended up going to another clinic and getting surgery there. They seemed to have real skill, but it just didn’t suit me. The consultation manager was kind too.
