About a year and a half ago I had dimples made on only one side, and they're still there. Since it's definitely non-incisional, they really don't show much in daily life and only appear when I smile. Over time they have become a little faint, but I like that because they look natural. I have a slightly weak chin, and during the consultation the doctor said my chin was more serious than the dimples and recommended filler. But I only did the dimples, and I'm satisfied with just that.
