I had it done 4 years ago, and although it's subtle, it is still there well. The surgery wasn't painful and it ended quickly. I think it would have been more noticeable if I'd done both sides. But surgery can't match naturalness. It's a pity it can't be as deep and wide as natural. The scar is completely invisible now.
