The director and staff were neither especially kind nor especially cold, and they clearly told me what could be done and what couldn't. They said this hospital doesn't do buried-stitich double eyelid surgery. I went in the afternoon, and I don't know if there were usually no people or if it was just that time, but I got a consultation right after registering with no waiting. The hospital is very quiet. It's not bad, but not the kind of place I'd go out of my way to visit. The price was okay too. Ah, the consultation fee was 5,000 won.
