The consultation was conducted by asking what style I wanted and how I wanted it done, and then recommending what would come out prettiest. They explained things in detail and seemed to reflect the patient's opinion as much as possible. The director wasn't especially kind, but the manager was kind. But when I told my mom that I looked young and that I looked like some celebrity, it actually felt a little weird lol
