As for breasts, the doctor came down from Seoul, so it seems famous enough that people from other regions come to get it done. But I don't recommend them for third-or-more revision eye surgery. It seems like they don't have much experience, and I think it'd be safer to go to Seoul even if it's more expensive. Sigh.
