There was no consultation fee and no estimate fee either. Since it's exam season and I knew surgery bookings would be full, I just asked them to set me up for a manager consultation. Then instead of the female manager from before, some male manager came out and tried to consult. He drew the same eyeliner on both eyes, but on one side, even if he drew it, once I opened my eye the skin covered it again so the eyeliner couldn't be seen. Whether this is subtle or not, from the outside they say it's the difference between in-out and in-line, but who asked for the two to be asymmetrical? Anyone can see it's not even a line difference; the upper eyelid skin was just covering it. I'm angry even thinking about needing a re-revision after a revision, and I don't want to live like this anymore...
