I went for a consultation because I wanted a pretty nose. Strangely, they didn't take photos and only took a CT scan before starting the consultation with the coordinator. The coordinator consultation had nothing special about it, and it didn't feel like they were pushing sales too hard. The doctor consultation was satisfying in terms of the design, and they explained my questions well. The estimate was based on correcting a bulbous nose, improving a mild hump, and using donated rib cartilage.
