First of all, the head consultant was bad. To put it nicely, there was nothing to say; to put it badly, they were rude. I only went to 4 places, but this was the first time I'd met someone like this. To some people it might feel like they were saying, 'You don't have to do it here,' but this just looked rude. They keep asking questions, but they don't make eye contact and just look at the question sheet while speaking mechanically. If my answer to a question doesn't match what they want, they cut me off and tell me to just answer the question. Because the consultation started like that, the doctor's attitude didn't look good either. I don't know whether the surgery is good or not, but I didn't like it. What they say does show pride in their own surgery, and there were a lot of reassuring lines, so despite the consultant's attitude I was tempted, but if they respond with that kind of attitude after surgery, I think I'd feel bad even if the surgery goes well. Maybe because the start was bad, nothing felt good. This is just my personal feeling, so please just take it as one person's experience like, oh, so someone had this kind of experience.
