They were extremely kind. Right at the start of the consultation, they drew my nostrils and analyzed them for me. It’s their style to tell me what they’ve analyzed first rather than waiting for my questions. Because of the detailed explanation, I didn’t really have many questions. They also passed along my special notes and questions to the manager and explained things in even more detail.
