Here they only do the inner side for sure. The director showed roughly how many millimeters would be reduced and what the nose shape would become, and then the manager explained the rest, including a visual simulation and other things. Personally, I think my alar base is quite wide, so I don't think I'd have surgery at a clinic that only does the inner side, but at least it doesn't feel factory-like, and you can check your own alar base during the surgery, so it seems good for people who want to reduce it just a little while keeping the scar hidden.
