I got nose contour injections and nose wing Botox, and personally I think they worked well. I felt like there was a lot of flesh at the tip of my nose, and it seems much slimmer now. But if you don't have much tissue on your nose, I don't recommend it. As for the nose wing Botox, I don't notice any effect at all. My nostrils weren't very large or flared to begin with, so I don't recommend Botox!
