I had 3 sessions of nose-sculpting injections and 2 sessions of alar Botox. At the 12th session, they injected it in a way that helped with symmetry, so instead of a super dramatic change, I still felt like the flesh had reduced. But during the 3rd session they said they’d inject it differently, and they really did, because the effect was visible enough to see the nose contour. I have a fleshy nose with a lot of soft tissue, and after getting the nose-sculpting injections, both the appearance and the amount of flesh you can feel by touch decreased, so I’m satisfied. But alar Botox does prevent the nose from flaring when I smile, yet the duration is short, so I don’t think it’s necessary to add it again.
