It feels like they don't do overtreatment and seem to pursue the minimum necessary. Put positively, they're naturalistic; put negatively, maybe they don't do too much of anything? I also wanted something natural myself, so that was fine, but there was quite a strong cigarette smell in the consultation room. I don't know whether the director is a smoker or whether it was a staff member or another customer... honestly, I think that alone lowered my impression a lot inside.
