When I asked about a consultation appointment for the alar base, they said that for alar base reduction people often come for an in-person consultation and then just leave, so they recommended uploading photos online first, getting the doctor’s reply, and then booking an appointment. They said my nose was not suitable for alar base reduction, so I booked a consultation for rhinoplasty.
