Kind. The chief doctor and the manager were both kind. They really listen well, the consultation was detailed, and it's the kind of place that takes a long time to go over things, but they do recommend things that make you wonder whether you really need them. Still, I think they recommended them because they were things I needed. More than anything, they try their best to explain everything in a way I can understand and accept. The manager does push for a deposit a bit. It's not severe, but there is a little.
