The consultation was very detailed, and they explained things in a way I could understand and accept. They said what couldn’t be done couldn’t be done, and they were very warm and easygoing, which I liked. They said A/S was for life, and I sent a KakaoTalk message to the consultation manager, but they didn’t read it, so I sent it again and they still didn’t read it. So I got the feeling that even if I had surgery here, would communication really work properly...? And the front desk staff were just giggling among themselves, which really made them look unprofessional. I 고민ed with another hospital until the very end, but I decided not to do it here... The lack of surgery reviews on the community also affected my decision.
