They were the type to just state the facts without any pressure. Not rude, but the kindness felt soulless. The consultation wasn't particularly bad. They answered what I asked, didn't pressure me at all, and there was even a slightly bothered feeling, though I guess some people might still find them rude since I don't really mind that much.
