The consultation manager had an awkward way of speaking, the consultation contents were incomprehensible from start to finish, and the attitude was stiff. I honestly couldn't understand what the consultation was even about. She was explaining things professionally on her own, but from the customer's point of view, I didn't know what it meant. And when they say to tell them which lips you dislike, the manager's own lips were so overfilled with filler, or maybe dissolved, I don't know, but they were thick and drooping that I really wanted to say I hated the manager's lips exactly like that. The front desk had zero manners, and in the operating room there was an employee with glasses and a messy short haircut who looked like some scientist who failed an experiment, and the whole place felt like some bizarre monster hospital. The price and skill seem okay, but the doctor and the manager didn't communicate well, so they didn't understand what I wanted, and I left without getting the procedure.
