I went in for a consultation for philtrum reduction and mouth corners, and unlike other clinics that all said I needed to shorten it by 7 mm, this place asked me how much I wanted to shorten it. They said satisfaction is higher in the end when they do as much as the patient wants. For mouth corners too, they roughly showed what shape it would become after the procedure and let me choose whether or not to do it. There was absolutely no pressure, and it strongly felt like they were leaving the choice to the patient.
